Things Janey puts in her Green Drink

    Organic kale (Henry's and TJ's)
Organice spinach (probably above but Costco has a good bag for about $5)
Dandalion greens, haven't experimented with all the other good greens out there yet
    Ginger
    Cumin
Cinnamon (good for BP, I also add that to my coffee grounds when I make it every day)
Almost any and all veggies. I'm keen on celery now because it's high in water content but more importantly it's high alkaline, all fruits, bananas, avocado, etc.
Nuts, particularly walnuts, almonds, sunflower, pine
Hemp powder at Henry's. I like it better than whey, soy personally. My package says HempPro 50. Read the packaging with all the good stuff.
Chia seeds from TJ's or Henry's
Flax USA organic flax seed ground up for about $7-$8 at Costco, keep in fridge after you open it. It doesn't say to but I'm told it's better.

    Another Green Drink

-2 large cucumbers (peeled if not organic)
    -big fistful of kale
-big fistful of sweet pea sprouts
    -4 – 5 stalks celery
    -1 – 2 big broccoli stems
-1 pear or green apple (optional)
-1 inch of ginger (or less)

    Keeley's Green Drink

    Keeley’s Green Drink
    8 granny smith apples, cored
    2 cucumbers
    1 bunch of celery
    1 lemon
1 bunch of kale (Keeley uses cabbage because she can’t get kale)
1 thumb size or more pieces fresh ginger, peeled
So out of this the attached bucket is full of fiber of the items and only the juice is in the little pitch that comes with the machine.
    It makes a pitcher full
