Chicken Pot Pie

I took this from the Pillsbury Refridgerated Pie Crust Box, I used fresh vegetables instead of frozen,  I would cut up potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, celery, onion, whatever I had that was fresh and then roast them in the oven with olive oil for about 20 minutes just to soften them up.
