Ginny's Quiche and No-Roll Crust

This recipe was given to me on Guam in 1977 by my roommate. It never fails and it so easy.

No Roll Crust



Into a 9 inch pie pan put:
1 ½ cups of flour
1 tsp. salt
1 ½ tsps sugar

Mix in a cup:
½ cup of vegetable cooking oil
2 Tbsps of milk


pour into the pan and mix, with your hands flatten into a crust.


Quiche
1 1/2 cups of swiss cheese
1 cup of milk or half and half
3 eggs
any combination of filling,  ham, broccoli, spinach, mushrooms etc..

Mix dry stuff together
Then beat eggs with milk

Mix wet and dry
If you have it Knorr's Leek Soup Mix can be added to dry mix

Pour Mixture in crust
Cook at 375 degrees for 45 minutes
