Yummy Salmon

 

2 lbs. Salmon filet cleaned and boned

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

2 tsp salt

2 tsp garlic salt

½ bottle of Teriyaki Ginger Sauce (it should be thick)

2 tsp of curry powder

1 tsp red cayenne Pepper Powder

2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

2-3 cups of apple juice

 

Prepare in Advance

Place salmon in a deep roasting pan. Drizzle with olive oil.  Sprinkle with garlic salt.  Drizzle teriyaki sauce evenly over salmon.  Sprinkle curry and pepper.  Sprinkle brown sugar over top.  Fill roasting pan with apple juice until it almost covers salmon. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer until poaching

Preheat oven on low (300-325) and bake for 20-30 minutes checking often for translucency. Shut off oven as soon as it is done and leave in oven until serving.

Serve with rice or rosemary new potatoes
