Isabella's Salmon

Use 1:2 of this size container Add 2 heaping tablespoons of mustard (Dijon or wasabi ) 2tsp of capers w a little of the caper juice Salt and pepper You might want a little more mustard - taste b4 u put on salmon This us enough for a Costco salmon Put salmon on Tim foil in a cookie sheet Spread creme fraise (trader joes has it) Cover w foil Put in cold oven and turn on to 410 degrees Check in 20 minutes to see if it's done. I always take it out a little b4 and let sit - it still cooks after it's out of the oven Call if u have questions.
